Those three workshops enable Teeson to provide customers one-stop solutions on machining metal parts & fastener kits.


●Lathe Workshop

Equipped with Taiwan branded automatic lathing machine, Multi axis CNC lathing machine, CNC milling machine, auxiliary drilling and milling machine for secondary processing, total more than 70 modernized equipments which enable to produce all kinds complicated high-precision lathing parts and provide one-stop manufacturing solutions with reliable quality.  


●Cold Heading Workshop

Equipped with all Taiwan branded heading machine, head rolling machine, multi-mold and multi-stage cold heading machine total more than 30 equipments. From diameter 0.8mm to 20mm with different specification and length which all can be realized by cold header to make the significant cost reduction instead of traditional lathing method.



●Spring workshop

Imported versatile spring machine, most advanced spring tunnel backfire stove which enable to manufacture all kinds of compression spring, torsion spring, extension spring, strain relief, shaped spring, hook and flat spring. The spring wire diameter can be realized from 0.2mm to 0.5mm with different material and specs.
